The Consumer Complaint Management System helps consumers identify the appropriate forms and methods of filing a complaint with the FCC. This system processes over a million complaints from consumers a year and helps aggregate consumers voice around complaints and inquires for more efficient processing at the FCC. The Consumer Complaint Management System is an important interface between our agency and consumers, and we want to hear from you on how we can make this a more user friendly and powerful tool for transparency and consumer education.
