The Federal Communications Commission held an Open Meeting on the subjects listed below on Thursday, March 3, 2011, in Room TW-C305, at 445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C.

The Commission heard Item Nos. 1 thru 3 in a morning session from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.  An afternoon session beginning at 2:00 pm featured discussion of Item Nos. 4 and 5.
