    <summary type="html">I generally agree with James Johnson&amp;#039;s post above.  Lets open TV channels 5 and 6 to digital radio broadcasting (no analog or hybrid) without forcing a proprietary standard on anyone.  Lets also require all new car and component (but not portable) to be able to recieve the boradcasts.</summary>
